Return

How can I return my order?

Have you accidentally bought the wrong item and want to return it? No problem: at GenoStore you have a 14-day right of return for complete, undamaged goods in their original packaging. The following goods are excluded from return: Individualized payment transaction forms, hygiene articles.

How does the return process work?

Send the items you wish to return complete, undamaged and in their original packaging to the return address of the respective sender within 14 days. All items that you have received from DG Nexolution Procurement & Logistics GmbH must be returned complete, undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days to:

Once we have received your return, we will check it and refund the amount via your chosen payment method.

What types of goods are excluded from returns?

The following goods are excluded from the right of return: Items made individually for you, such as individualized payment transaction forms, hygiene items and digital items as instant downloads.

Who bears the costs of the return shipment?

The customer bears the costs of the return shipment. In addition, the customer is obliged to pay for the costs of defective and non-resellable outer packaging due to their own fault. Please note that GenoStore does not accept freight collect or cash on delivery shipments.

Revocation

If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), he is entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions. Consumers are natural persons who conclude a legal transaction primarily for private purposes.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (DG Nexolution Procurement & Logistics GmbH, Am Frauwald 1, 65510 Idstein; Fax (0 61 26) 992-210, support-genostore@dg-nexolution.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. payment transaction forms).
