Payment / Shipping

Prices and shipping costs

(1) All prices stated on the seller's website include the applicable statutory value added tax.

(2) The corresponding shipping costs are indicated to the customer in the order form and are to be borne by the customer, unless the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal.

(3) The goods shall be dispatched by post. The seller bears the shipping risk if the customer is a consumer.

(4) In the event of revocation, the customer shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

(5) Free shipping items are sent by standard shipping.

Payment modalities

(1) The customer can pay the seller's payment service provider, Novalnet AG, by direct debit, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Klarna Sofort-Überweisung, Pay-Pal and giropay. Further information on the general payment methods can be found in the FAQ under point 4.2.

(2) The customer can change the payment method saved in their user account at any time.

(3) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the due date for payment is determined by the calendar, the customer is already in default by missing the deadline. In this case, the customer shall pay the seller interest on arrears for the year at a rate of 5 percentage points above the prime rate.

(4) The customer's obligation to pay default interest does not exclude the assertion of further default damages by the seller.

(5) If the direct debit from the customer's account cannot be executed for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the seller shall charge the customer for any costs and expenses incurred as a result (in particular transaction fees of the banks involved).
